On 19th August 2017, Delhi enjoyed the first ever WordCamp meet (#WCDelhi) after 2009. I was fortunate enough to be part of this community event as a speaker & share some of my growth hacking techniques that helped me grow ShoutMeLoud to 1.6 million page views. Such not for profit event is of immense value for anyone who is already into blogging & marketing or someone who is planning to get into it.
WordCamp Delhi was a one-day event where I got to meet some of the brightest minds of WordPress community. This was my 3rd WordCamp event & like last 2, It was another milestone event of my career. I got to meet many ShoutMeLoud readers who traveled from all over the India to attend the event. Bloggers & digital marketers from TamilNadu, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Bihar & many other states of India.

My WordCamp Delhi session: Growth hacking your WordPress Blog traffic & monetization
I’m very selective when it comes to picking a speaking gig. WordCamp is usually one such event where I love to participate as I see myself adding more value to people’s life. You can see a list of my past appearances here.
When I was invited to speak, my first few days went on deciding what to speak. I prefer speaking about things that help attendees grow as an individual & their online business at the same time. I shared 4 growth hacking techniques that we use here at ShoutMeLoud to grow it to 1.6 million page views a month.

I’m speaking today at #WCDelhi – Growth hacking your #WordPress blog traffic and monetisation My session is at 5.10 PM. If you are around, do come and say Hi! #WordCamp #wordcampdelhi
My first takeaway was for the first time attendees to feel the strength & power of community. Along with this, speak to others who were from different walks of WordPress community & ask them “Why they are doing, what they do!”. I believe many of you might have missed out on attending this event & that’s why I’m sharing the slides here so that you don’t miss out on 4 important growth hacking techniques for your blog or business website.
